Hi everyone,

One of the most popular songs I’ve written is Everybody’s Got a Body - it sounds like a truism but, for most of us, as we grow up the only way we’re encouraged to think about and engage with our bodies is through sport. What about how we breathe, how we move, how we feel inside?

Our bodes accompany us every day of our lives, they keep score of all that happens to us, they enable all of our experiences. So here are a few events that give you the chance to get to know your body better :)

Ecstatic eXperience Festival
